Age Restrictions: Children under 12 must be accompanied by adults. Some rides have height restrictions.

Refund Policy: No refunds on tickets except in cases of park closure due to extreme weather.

Price Changes: Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Follow Instructions: All guests must follow lifeguard instructions and safety guidelines.

Prohibited Items: Outside food, alcohol, and glass containers are not permitted.

Appropriate Attire: Proper swimwear is required for all water attractions.

Behavior: Misconduct may result in removal from park without refund.

Assumption of Risk: Water activities carry inherent risks. Participation is at your own risk.

Medical Conditions: Guests with medical conditions should consult physicians before participating.

Lost Items: Patna Water Park is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Photography: Commercial photography requires prior permission.

Smoking: Designated smoking areas only. No smoking in queue lines or near attractions.

Queue Management: Line jumping is prohibited and may result in removal.

Park Hours: Park operating hours are subject to change based on weather and attendance.
